Password Reset & Setup Guide

          Having trouble accessing your account? Follow this article to reset or create your password quickly and easily!

1. Open the Staffing Engine AI Assistant extension in Google Chrome. Click the "Sign in with OneReach" button and a new window will open.

   

   • Note: If you don't see the screen above in the Staffing Engine extension panel, you're likely already logged in. If you need to sign out, click the gear ⚙️ icon found in the top-right of the extension panel and scroll down to "Log Out" at the bottom of the screen.
     
     

2. In the new window that opened, click "Forgot password?"
   
   

3. Enter the email address associated with your account
   
   

4. Check your inbox for an email from "OneReach" with a password reset request. Open the email and follow the link to the password reset page.

   
   Note: If after a few minutes the email hasn't arrive, please check your spam folder!
   
   
   

5. Set your new password according to the required conditions. After the password has been set, log back into the extension and you're all set!
