How to use the AI Assistant Submittal Write-Up feature

This guide shows you how to use the EngineGPT feature of the Staffing Engine AI Assistant to create a compelling candidate write-up for an internal submission!

Before you start, make sure you have logged into the Chrome Extension.

1. From the Chrome extension, click on the “magic wand” icon.
   
   
   
   
2. Click the pencil icon.
   
   
   
   
3. Enter the Candidate ID.
   
   
   
   
4. Enter Job Order ID.
   
   
   
   
5. Click Next.
   
   
   
   
6. Bullhorn will do a scan of the Candidate’s resume field within the Edit tab or the Candidate record, and the Job Description within the Edit tab of the Job record. Click Generate.
   
   
   
7. A candidate write-up is generated, and you will be presented with a few options.
   1. If the write-up is acceptable, you can create an internal submission from within the Chrome extension, by clicking on Submit.
      
   2. If the write-up needs to be tweaked further, you can edit the write-up from right within the Write-up box in the Chrome extension. Click Submit when you are finished editing to create an internal submission from the Chrome extension.
      
      
      

Additional features:

1. Pay attention to the Rating at the top of the Write-up. This gauges how closely this candidate’s resume fits the job description. If the rating score is low, that may mean that the candidate is not a good fit. It may also mean that the resume and/or the job description is lacking information, and requires updating.
