This guide shows you how to use the EngineGPT feature of the Staffing Engine AI Assistant to create a compelling candidate write-up for an internal submission!
Before you start, make sure you have logged into the Chrome Extension.
- From the Chrome extension, click on the “magic wand” icon.
- Click the pencil icon.
- Enter the Candidate ID.
- Enter Job Order ID.
- Click Next.
- Bullhorn will do a scan of the Candidate’s resume field within the Edit tab or the Candidate record, and the Job Description within the Edit tab of the Job record. Click Generate.
- A candidate write-up is generated, and you will be presented with a few options.
- If the write-up is acceptable, you can create an internal submission from within the Chrome extension, by clicking on Submit.
- If the write-up needs to be tweaked further, you can edit the write-up from right within the Write-up box in the Chrome extension. Click Submit when you are finished editing to create an internal submission from the Chrome extension.
- If the write-up is acceptable, you can create an internal submission from within the Chrome extension, by clicking on Submit.
Additional features:
- Pay attention to the Rating at the top of the Write-up. This gauges how closely this candidate’s resume fits the job description. If the rating score is low, that may mean that the candidate is not a good fit. It may also mean that the resume and/or the job description is lacking information, and requires updating.
